Hate dieting?

Craving foods that you can’t enjoy because you’re on a diet?

Well, lucky you.

Dumplings are healthy for weight loss.

If you’re looking to lose weight fast, then dumplings are a great way to speed up your weight loss journey. Generally speaking, dumplings are about 60 to 75 calories each, depending on the ingredients.

However, eating a few dumplings here and there won’t mess up your diet.

This is something I’ve been doing for years, and it has helped me stay in top shape all year round.

Even though it’s important not to eat too many dumplings, it’ll quickly add up in calories.

Which will eventually ruin your whole diet. So eat the amount of dumplings accordingly to your diet and you’re good to go.

Therefore, dumplings are healthy for weight loss.

But what about boiled and frozen dumplings. Is there a difference between those and how will this impact your diet.

Let’s dive right in.

What About Boiled and Frozen Dumplings?

There’s a difference between boiled and frozen dumplings.

Frozen dumplings are premade, which are often higher in calories.

Means you can’t eat too many of these, it’ll drastically increase your calorie intake for the whole day.

As for the boiled dumplings, it’s better.

Mainly because it’s boiled with soup. Drinking soup is very low in calories, while also making you feel full for at least 4 hours.

That’s where boiled dumplings are great. So to keep it short, boiled dumplings are better than frozen ones.

Especially since frozen dumplings are premade, and often filled with lots of pork or other types of meat.

Now this isn’t something you must take with a grain of salt because there’s a huge variety of dumplings.

Think about dumplings filled with seafood, pork or vegetables. All of these dumplings can vary a lot in calories.

Therefore you must always check the ingredients list and see how many calories are in each dumpling.

Now if you make them yourself, then it’s better to calculate the number of calories according to the ingredients.

But what about stew?

Isn’t that even better, keep on reading if you want to find out.

Is Dumpling Stew Healthier?

Yes, dumpling stew is healthier than normal dumplings. The main reason being is that stew is generally lower in calories than normal dumplings.

This is due to the fact that stew is boiled with water, which makes it healthier.

As for the dumplings, they’re often fried or steamed.

Fried foods are obviously not good for you, while steamed foods are better but not by much.

Therefore dumpling stew is by far better than fried dumplings.

Even if you’re eating less, you should know that fried food is never good for your health.

So make sure that, if you’re going to eat dumplings make sure to avoid fried ones.

Quick Tips for Weight Loss

If you are going to eat dumplings, it’s important that you know how to lose weight quickly.

This makes it easier to stick to your diet without torturing yourself.

Eating Small Portions

Eating small portions is key to losing weight. Most people tend to eat bigger portions mainly because they’re hungry.

The best way to avoid this is by eating small meals throughout the day. This will help you stay full and eventually lose weight.

What I normally do is eat 4 to 5 meals a day, whereas another person would eat 3 meals a day.

However, the 4 to 5 meals I’m eating are way smaller than 3 big meals a day. Eating small meals compensates for the fact that you’re eating more meals.

It’s all about portion control, and this is one of the best ways to do it.

Tracking Your Calorie Intake

Tracking your calorie intake is more important than you think.

The main reason being is that it allows you to see how many calories you’re consuming on a daily basis.

If you’re not aware of how many calories you’re eating, then it’s easy to overeat without realizing it.

This is why tracking your calorie intake is key, and there are plenty of ways to do it.

You can either use a calorie tracking app or write it down in a notebook.

I personally prefer using an app because it’s more convenient, but it’s up to you.

The most important thing is that you track your calorie intake, so do whatever works best for you.

Only Eat When You’re Hungry (not bored)

This is something that I struggled with when I was trying to lose weight.

I would often eat even when I wasn’t hungry, and this led to me overeating and eventually gaining weight.

And if you think about it… most people don’t know the difference between hunger and being bored.

Therefore people go to the fridge because they’re bored and snack. If you can relate to this, then it’s important that you find something else to do.

Whenever I’m bored, I try to find something productive to do.

This can be anything from reading a book, taking a walk or writing an article.

The main thing is that you find something that takes your mind of food.

Avoid Laying Down After Eating

Don’t lay down after eating, especially if you’re trying to lose weight.

The reason being is that it’s easier to digest food when you’re standing up or sitting down.

If you lay down, then the food will have a harder time digesting and this can lead to weight gain.

So unless you want to gain weight, make sure that you avoid lying down after eating.

Conclusion

After all, dumplings are great for weight loss as long as you avoid the fried ones. Stew is also a great option because it’s lower in calories.

The main thing is that you portion your food correctly and avoid overeating.

If you can do these things, then you’ll be on your way to losing weight in no time.
