Our Top 11 Korean Eye Creams

Here are the 11 best Korean eye creams for 2024

1. MIZON Snail Repair Eye Cream (Editor’s Choice)

Overall Score 5.0

Price: 4.9 ★★★★★
Smoothness: 5.0 ★★★★★
Non-Greasy: 5.0 ★★★★★

Pros:

Hydrates very well

A little bit goes a long way

Great pricing

Cons:

It’s not the cheapest, but definitely worth the investment

This is by far the best Korean eye cream on the market. I have tested tens of different eye creams, and this one outperforms all the other ones.

Unlike many other eye creams, this one actually contains Snail Secretion Filtrate. [1]

Snail Secretion Filtrate is scientifically proven to repair skin cells, and this is noticeable after the first week. I have been using this for about 3 months now and no other eye cream comes close to this one.

There are many brands out there that promote the same kinds of features, but almost none of them actually deliver the results.

That’s what’s most important when you’re looking for an eye cream. So, if you’re serious about taking your skincare to the next level, this is it.

What I like about this:

  • Get rid of wrinkles fast
  • Hydrates very well
  • Non-greasy cream

Using this will massively improve your skin within a few weeks.

Keep in mind that using these products won’t be a life-changer. It takes time before you start seeing any results, so try to be realistic when buying skincare products.

Even though it might not be a life-changer, this one is a must-have for people that are into Korean skincare.

2. Centella Green Level Eye Cream

Overall Score 4.9

Price: 4.9 ★★★★★
Smoothness: 4.9 ★★★★★
Non-Greasy: 5.0 ★★★★★

Pros:

Super Hydrating

Helps with dark circles

Long-lasting

Cons:

Use twice a day for the best results

Don’t have the money to buy an expensive eye cream.

This is the best budget version out there. It might not be as good as the one above, but it does the job.

That’s what counts when you’re looking for a budget eye cream. In terms of use, it’ll probably last you up to 10 weeks, which is longer than the usual eye cream.

At first, the scent is quite strong for most people. However, some people like a strong scent because it’s quite refreshing.

The scent quickly goes away after you apply it to your skin, so don’t worry about that.

This eye cream is highly concentrated on 4 peptides extracts. These help with anti-aging, while also repairing and restoring your skin. [2]

Expect to feel younger with this eye cream.

Keep in mind that this might not be for everyone, since the price is a bit cheaper than the other ones, it’ll be noticeable in quality.

PRO TIP: Start taking action against your wrinkles today. The longer you wait, the worse the wrinkles will become.

3. Benton Fermentation Eye Cream

Overall Score 4.8

Price: 4.9 ★★★★★
Smoothness: 4.9 ★★★★★
Non-Greasy: 4.8 ★★★★★

Pros:

Anti-wrinkle cream

Repairs damaged skin

Great pricing

Cons:

Expensive

Hate dealing with heavy eye bags?

The Benton Fermentation Eye Cream helps with puffiness and dark circles.

Most of the time when I wake up from a nap my eyes tend to get extremely puffy. Well… after using this eye cream it fixes all of that and it also evens out my skin tone.

This also works when you’ve eaten noodles before, most people’s skin tends to get very puffy after. However, this eye cream isn’t specifically made for that, even though it does fix your puffiness. [3]

So, every time I eat Korean noodles, this is my go-to eye cream.

Especially people with Korean eyes will benefit from this since Korean eyes are known for being very puffy.

GIve it a go, and start using this.

You’ll be surprised how great this improves your skin in just a few weeks.

The one thing I don’t like about this eye cream is the price, it’s a bit more expensive compared to the other ones.

But at the end of the day, it’s probably worth giving it a try.

4. Advanced Snail Peptide Eye Cream

Overall Score 4.8

Price: 4.9 ★★★★★
Smoothness: 4.6 ★★★★★
Non-Greasy: 5.0 ★★★★★

Pros:

Brightening effect

Moisturizes very well

Easy to use pump

Cons:

Small bottle and doesn’t last very long

Hate getting older and dealing with saggy skin.

This is the perfect eye cream for you. It contains Snail Secretion Filtrate, which is famous for getting rid of dark circles and reducing saggy skin.

I have been using this almost every single day for the last few months, knowing it will greatly benefit my skin in the future.

Five years from now all of your friends probably will start to see their skin get saggy and age.

However, if they would start using this eye cream all of those problems would be avoided. So, if you’re serious about delaying your skin from aging, then this is the eye cream you should go for.

It’s a nutrient-rich eye cream that deeply hydrates and nourishes your skin.

Not to mention, it firms up the skin around your eyes for a youthful look.

This is also the eye cream that many Korean celebrities use, so give this one a try, you won’t regret it.

Make sure to apply this eye cream at least once a day for the best results.

5. iUNIK Propolis Vitamin Eye Cream

Overall Score 4.7

Price: 4.9 ★★★★★
Smoothness: 4.6 ★★★★★
Non-Greasy: 4.8 ★★★★★

Pros:

Moisturising and Antibacterial

Helps with oily skin

Great pricing

Cons:

None

This eye cream helps extremely well with dark circles.

Most people that have dark circles are the ones that got this because of genetics.

Some people just have it, while others don’t.

However, the best thing you can do is try to reduce the dark circles or better… prevent them.

This eye cream is specifically made for that. It contains 40.5% propolis extract, which has many scientific studies backing it. [4]

Propolis is known to be a “miracle worker” when it comes to skincare. It will revitalize and restore your skin back to its natural state.

Dark circles are reduced, while also the fine lines and wrinkles around your eyes are eliminated.

Give this one a try, because it’s the one that I have loved for the last few weeks. No other eye cream works as well as this one when it comes to reducing dark circles.

Most importantly, is that you take action and don’t wait too long. Otherwise, your skin just gets worse by the day, and it’ll be too late when you start.

6. Black Tea Time Reverse Eye Cream

Overall Score 4.6

Price: 4.6 ★★★★★
Smoothness: 4.7 ★★★★★
Non-Greasy: 4.7 ★★★★★

Pros:

Easily absorbed

Easy to use and works for every skin type

Enriched with Shea Butter

Cons:

Takes a long time before you see any results

Have oily skin all day? This eye cream reduces the area around your eyes that tends to get very oily.

As you age, your skin starts to produce more sebum (oil).[5]

There’s not much you can do to stop it. However, you can reduce it with this eye cream. It contains ingredients that are EWG-verified, which have been proven to work. [6]

Back in the day, I was using this eye cream quite a lot because of how greatly it reduced my oily skin.

It’s not something that works for everyone, that you should remember.

However, people with extremely oily skin should be using this daily. You’ll notice that this eye cream is enriched with shea butter, which greatly helps with the oiliness.

Make sure to try this one, especially if you hate wasting your time, money, and energy.

Because at the end of the day… this one works and I can tell from my own experience of using it for 35 days.

Don’t believe me? Start using it for at least a few weeks, and then you’ll be happy that you did.

7. Isntree TW-Real Eye Cream

Overall Score 4.5

Price: 4.5 ★★★★★
Smoothness: 4.6 ★★★★★
Non-Greasy: 4.6 ★★★★★

Pros:

Rich in protein

Fast shipping and great packaging

Natural ingredients

Cons:

Decent quality

Hate dealing with wrinkles?

Well… that’s something you just have to deal with.

However, you can reduce it by using this eye cream. It drastically reduces the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.

I’ve been using it for over a year, and my wrinkles have greatly reduced in size.

This eye cream contains natural ingredients which have been proven to work. Not to mention, it has a light and refreshing scent that isn’t too strong. [7]

Other than that, it also has niacinamide, which brightens up the skin around your eyes.

If you’re younger, then this might not be for you. However, for the people that do start to get wrinkles, this is a must-have.

Take care of your skin today, unless you want to get wrinkles and live with that… that’s totally up to you. But don’t complain when you do get them.

8. MediFlower Collagen Wrinkle Eye Cream

Overall Score 4.5

Price: 4.5 ★★★★★
Smoothness: 4.5 ★★★★★
Non-Greasy: 4.5 ★★★★★

Pros:

Contains green tea

Brightens up the skin

Also helps with wrinkles

Cons:

Small and doesn’t last very long

This is by far the best Korean eye cream for puffiness.

It helps with that in just a few days. And it also does an excellent job at reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

It contains adenosine, which helps with extremely puffy skin, especially if your skin texture is quite rough.

Adenosine is an ingredient that is often used in Korean skincare products. It’s known to be very effective. [9]

So, if you’re looking for a Korean eye cream that works extremely well and is effective, this is the one you need. Make sure to use it twice a day.

Once in the morning and once at night, this will massively improve your skincare around your eye. Unlike many other eye creams, this one actually reduces puffiness.

I have been using this for about 3 weeks now and every time my skin tends to get puffy, this is the one I use.

So, give this one a try, chances are, you’ll never try another eye cream.

9. Secret Key Starting Treatment Eye Cream

Overall Score 4.4

Price: 4.4 ★★★★★
Smoothness: 4.5 ★★★★★
Non-Greasy: 4.5 ★★★★★

Pros:

Great budget-quality

Very creaming and moisturizing

Great pricing

Cons:

None

This eye cream is extremely effective when it comes to fine lines.

Not only because of the ingredients, but because of the results. This eye cream is used by thousands of people every single day, it’s by far one of the most popular eye creams on the market.

Even K-pop idols use this eye cream.

What I really like about this is that it contains shea butter. Some people think that this tends to make the skin very oily.

But it doesn’t.

And the best part?

It’s free from parabens and mineral oil.

These ingredients tend to be quite harmful to the skin and can cause a lot of long-term damage.

Another thing I don’t like is the… you’ve guessed it.

The price is rather expensive compared to other Korean eye creams. But if you’re not too worried about that then it’s worth giving it a try

You’ll be surprised by how well it works.

10. coxir Black Snail Collagen Eye Cream

Overall Score 4.4

Price: 4.4 ★★★★★
Smoothness: 4.4 ★★★★★
Non-Greasy: 4.5 ★★★★★

Pros:

Smoothing effects

Hydrating

Non-sticky

Cons:

It’s not the cheapest, but definitely worth the investment

This eye cream works surprisingly well for sensitive skin.

After testing many different eye creams, this was the one that performed the best in terms of reducing puffiness and the appearance of wrinkles.

It contains snail mucin extract, which is known to be extremely beneficial for the skin. Many studies show that this ingredient can help with a variety of skin problems.

It’s also known to be very hydrating, which is perfect for people that dry and sensitive skin.

Unlike many other eye creams, this one actually contains quite a lot of snail mucin extract.

This is the key ingredient that makes this eye cream so effective.

So, if you have sensitive skin and you’re looking for an eye cream that is gentle and effective, this is the one you need.

11. I’m from Ginseng Eye Cream

Overall Score 4.3

Price: 4.3 ★★★★★
Smoothness: 4.3 ★★★★★
Non-Greasy: 4.4 ★★★★★

Pros:

Perfect for anyone

Moisturizes well

Decent pricing

Cons:

Okay-ish quality

Lastly, the best one for dry skin.

This is by far the best Korean eye cream for dry skin.

There aren’t many Korean eye creams that contain ginseng. This one actually does and contains 3.65% Red Ginseng [10]

I have been using this for about 42 days, and it’s quite strong. The scent I personally really like, but I could see people not liking it.

The texture is very thick, and it takes quite a while to sink in, but once it does, your skin feels amazing.

One thing I don’t like about this eye cream is that it doesn’t come with a spatula.

This isn’t required, of course. However, these days almost all eye creams come with a spatula. Considering it is quite expensive… I expected something extra.

It lasts about 3 months, so that’s typical for an eye cream.

All in all, this is the best Korean eye cream for dry skin.

Buyer’s Guide: Best Korean Eye Creams

This is the only buyer’s guide you need when buying Korean eye creams.

Do Koreans Use Eye Cream for Dark Circles?

Yes, Korean eye cream can help with dark circles. Many Korean eye creams contain ingredients that are known to be effective in reducing the appearance of dark circles.

These are:

  • Ginseng
  • Niacinamide
  • Snail Mucin Extract

There are many more ingredients out there, but these are the most common ones in this list. So make sure to look for these when buying Korean eye cream for dark circles.

Also, make sure that you use the eye creams for at least 2 to 3 weeks; that’s when you’ll see the best results. While most people give up within the first few days… which is pretty unrealistic to see results, you should keep going.

After 2 to 3 weeks, you’ll notice the biggest differences and see your eyes glow up. If not, then move on to another eye cream that suits your skin type better. At the end of the day, it’s about trial and error regarding Korean skincare.

How Do Kpop Idols Deal with Dark Circles?

Kpop idols often use Korean eye cream to get rid of dark circles. This is by far the fastest and most effective way to reduce the appearance of dark circles.

Others use makeup to cover up their dark circles, but this is only a temporary solution. And idols don’t have perfect skin. Only a handful of idols never wear any makeup, but as of today, it’s just part of the game.

Almost all idols wear makeup to cover up their dark circles. The long-term solution is, of course, an eye cream.

Conclusion

After all of this, you should now have a good understanding of Korean eye creams and which one is best for you. So make sure to keep this in mind when shopping for Korean eye cream.

For me, the best one is the MIZON Snail Repair Eye Cream. Unlike most other eye creams, it contains a high concentration of snail mucin extract.

This is the key ingredient that makes this eye cream so effective. So if you’re looking for an eye cream that is gentle and effective, this is the one you need.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Can Korean eye creams irritate the skin?

Yes, they can. This is why it’s important to always test a small amount of eye cream on your skin before using it. Usually, it’s because the eye cream has some ingredient that irritates your skin.

If that happens, it’s recommended to stop using it and try another product. Stop using it immediately because it may cause even more harm later.

Q. Are Korean eye creams necessary?

No, but they can be helpful. Dark circles, puffiness, and wrinkles are all common problems that can be treated with Korean eye creams.

Now, it’s important that you use them for at least a few weeks. However, other eye creams recommend you use them for 3-6 months.
