I’m From’s Rice toner is similar to the COSRX toner but a bit pricier. In terms of quality, use, and smoothness, it’s almost the same.

The main difference between these two is that this one has rice extracts, which are very beneficial for dry skin. [2]

If you like skincare products with rice, then this one is definitely up there. But the downside is that this one… doesn’t work for everyone. Some people had bad experiences with this one which should be kept in mind.

If that doesn’t work out for you, then this is a great alternative. I used this toner for about 3 months and it’s very watery. The bottle itself is very clean and stable which is important because you don’t want some crappy bottle that doesn’t last.

There’s one thing that I don’t like about using this toner which is the use. You need a cotton pad for it to absorb quickly. That’s how this toner should be used, so if you don’t have cotton pads at home it’ll be another product you need to buy.

SOME BY MI’s Mircal Toner works best for people with extremely dry skin. 

Instead of wasting hundreds of dollars on Korean toners that don’t work, this toner makes it easy. I noticed within 3 weeks that my skin improved massively and that’s without adding other products to it.

Because this toner has natural tea tree extract it helps exfoliate the skin, making the skin healthier during the process. This should be the One product that anyone with extremely dry skin should use at least once in their lifetime. [3]

It’s really that good. (stop wasting your money on useless toners)

Even if you use it for 1 to 2 weeks, you’ll see a huge improvement. 

What I Don’t Like:

• Expensive compared to other toners on the market.
• It doesn’t come with cotton pads which is a bummer
• You need to use a lot for it to work properly

I was lucky enough to have cotton pads at home because if I didn’t, I needed to buy them and wait even longer to try this one out.

Besides the points I dislike about the toner, it’s still one of the better ones out there. Especially for dry skin, you should give it a try.

4 – Propolis Synergy Toner

Another product made by COSRX. The Propolis Synergy Toner is very different form the #1st on the list.

Boosting your skin is easier than ever with this toner. It gives your skin the finishing touch it needs and keeps the skin hydrated.

If you have extremely dry skin, this one isn’t for you. (avoid this)

Only if you have normal to dry skin, then it’s a good product. I noticed that this toner doesn’t really moisturize the skin but rather keeps it hydrated. The toner itself is very watery and like the other ones you need a cotton pad.

When you look at the effectiveness of this toner it’s great for normal to dry skin and small break-outs. Other than that I wouldn’t use this.

So if you have normal to dry skin and a few break-outs here and there, this is perfect for you.

Just keep in mind that you need to stay consistent with this toner if you want to see results.

5 – No. 3 Super Glowing Toner

numbuzin is a brand heavily marketed by Korean YouTubers. It’s one of the few brands that’s still fresh on the market. 

This toner puts makes your skin shine like it has never been.

Basically, it reduces your dry skin and keeps it moisturized throughout the day. Plus you don’t have to deal with dry flakes when your skin gets very dry.

This toner helps you take your skin to the next level but… it’s a bit expensive. And in terms of quality not as good as the 1st three on the list. 

Because it’s so heavily promoted, it means that there’s a lot money behind this product. There are not a lot of people out there that actually saw huge improvements with this toner. (not yet)

It might get there over time but it still needs more time.

I used this toner for 5 weeks and it did promise what it was supposed to do, but it just didn’t suit my skin type.

So if you want to give this one a go, it might be worth it.

6 – Rice Hyaluronic Toner Original

Haruharu’s rice toner is the fastest toner that gets your skin from dry to normal. Once you used this product once, you won’t go back to another. This toner lets your skin breathe and reduces a lot of dryness.

It’s formulated with rice extract which is very beneficial to the skin. It reduces dryness and gives the skin the hydration it needs. Using this toner will be a life-changer for people with dry skin but… it’s not cheap.

Plus you need to use cotton pads with this toner otherwise, it won’t be as good as it’s supposed to be. The toner is very watery and must be used with a cotton pad.

Why you might be asking?

Using a cotton pad makes the toner absorb into the skin faster. In the long run it’ll prevent the skin from getting very dry because it got used to the toner. And a little bit goes a long way which makes it very cost-efficient.

See why this is worth it?

Given the fact that this toner is the best for quick results, it’s important that you don’t fall into the trap of never testing new toners again. While this one may be good for now, there are better ones out there like the COSRX toner.

But if you want a quick result that does the job.

Haruharu’s rice toner is worth every penny. Give it a go, you won’t be disappointed.

Pyunkang Yul’s toner has been a very important product in my skincare journey.

This toner replenishes the skin but also keeps your skin hydrated, so it won’t get dry throughout the day which can get very annoying. Looking in the mirror and seeing all those dry flakes… and you can’t do anything about it.

Pyunkang Yul’s toner prevents that from happening. And because it’s full of natural ingredients you don’t have to worry about red or irritated skin. Definitely a plus if you’d ask me.

If you’re smart, this toner is the one that you can’t leave out. Over 95% over your friends and family don’t even know about this toner which makes you get smoother skin faster.

Here’s a tip that gives you an edge…

Use this toner twice a day with a cotton pad and apply a similar serum after this. Adjust your entire skincare routine to suit this one product and you’ll see some insane results. Toners and moisturizers are often the products that make or break your skincare routine.

8 – Green Tea Fresh Toner

Looking for a green tea toner that is decent and does the job.

While there are better Korean toners for dry skin out there, this one is OK. I used this toner back in the days but… it wasn’t really for me.

And it’s also not the cheapest toner which is even worse. I honestly think that ingredients with ‘green tea’ are overrated.

Every company is selling these and it doesn’t really deliver on the promises. So that’s a big red flag for me, especially if you’re expecting some huge results.

At most this toner kept my skin hydrated for 2 to 3 hours before it got dry again.

I can’t really recommend this toner to people with dry skin because it didn’t work for me. However there are tons of people that love this toner, so if you want to you can give it a try.

9 – Green Plum Refreshing Toner

Beauty of Joseon’s toner is gaining more and more popularity but to be very honest… i don’t think it’s that good.

It’s only gotten big because of the Serums they sell. This toner does the job and is decent but when I got this the packaging was bad. Now that doesn’t mean that this isn’t worth trying, but personally, I wouldn’t buy this again.

The toner did smell nice and was easy to apply but other than that it’s below average.

10 – Soon Jung pH 5.5 Relief Toner

ETUDE’s toner is meh…

I didn’t want to include this to the list of the best toners for dry skin… but there were no better ones out there.

This toner is expensive and you need a lot of it to work which means that the toner won’t last very long. And a toner that’s expensive and doesn’t last long is like burning your money.

I used this toner for a bit but it just didn’t do it for me.

However, if you’re looking for a Korean toner that is fragrance-free and works for dry skin it might be worth trying. (maybe it’ll work for you)

How We Ranked The Best Korean Toner for Dry Skin

Korean toners for dry skin don’t need to feel complicated like it sometimes does. But for the majority of people, it’s hard to find that One product that does the job and I had the exact same problem. 

Because there are thousands of toners out there, it’s often hard to see what actually works and what doesn’t. And after trying so many product I decided to create a list of the 10 best ones. 

Transparency

As long as you buy from a trusted source, you’re good. But based on my experience and 1000+ others, always make sure you’re getting the real products. There are a lot of fakes out there that you probably don’t know.

Quality

The quality of the products was measured by packaging, use, and instructions. I actually wanted to test each product for at least 6 months but… that would take too long. And going back to extremely dry skin and trying out a new product isn’t worth it.

You want your toners to be cost-efficient and not one that needs to be bought every month. That’s just a waste of money and not worth it. Getting a toner that lasts you at least 3 months and doesn’t cost a fortune is the way to go.

Based on that I ranked all the toners and looked at the amount I needed and how big the bottle was. That’s how I measured each bottle and gave it a score for cost efficiency. Also buying from the right online store is key because there are a lot of fakes out there.

And maybe you haven’t experienced this yet (I truly hope you don’t). But if you buy a fake skincare product and use it on your face – it can get very dangerous.

The pricing of all the Korean toners isn’t too bad. Most of the toners range between $10 and $40. Any product that goes above is 9 out of 10 times not worth it. I’ve seen some toners for less than $10 which is really rare.

Maybe during the holidays, you’ll find some toners that go for less but… most of time it’s no more than $40, so it’s 100% worth buying a toner for dry skin.

Brands

There are hundreds of different skincare brands out there which makes is hard to find the one that suits dry skin. And by looking at the brands, you can’t really tell which one is worth it and which isn’t.
