Working out is one of the most important keys to losing weight. There’s no 100% accurate about Jimins workout routine out there, so we’ve made a pretty similar for you to follow yourself. This workout routine is made for beginners, and we call it the “BTS Jimin Beginner Workout Routine.”

It’s easy to follow yourself, and we’ve lost about 10 lbs / 4.5 kg in less than 2 weeks. This is a lot comparing it to some other journey’s we’ve seen. Keep in mind that dieting is important, and exercise makes it easier.

  • 15 Burpees
  • 15 Push-ups
  • 15 Squats
  • 20 Burpees
  • 20 Push-ups
  • 20 Squats
  • Rest 1 minute
  • 30 Burpees
  • 30 Push-ups
  • 30 Squats
  • Rest 2 minutes

As you can see, this is pretty hard, especially when you’re just starting out. We recommend doing this workout routine for about 3 sets and 2 to 3 times a week. This will give you the best and fastest results. Make sure to do it for at least 14 days before giving up. After the 14 days, you’ll get used to it and start to enjoy it.

Extreme Dieting Program

An extreme dieting program is what many idols go through, from the moment they become an idol, they will get judged and have to start losing weight. The idol life is extremely harsh, and most of the time, they don’t even like it. The only goal they often see is when they can finally become an idol and start performing for many people.

That’s what it all comes down to for most idols. The extreme dieting program is for all idols different. They have a personal trainer that keeps them in check or just managers that are 24/7 with them. They have to prevent the idols from eating unhealthy food because that’s their job.

We’ve seen many different Kpop diets throughout the years, and the BTS Jimin diet is by far one of the worst. Only eating chicken breasts isn’t healthy, and there’s no variety in food choice.

However, if that’s what made them look good and didn’t have a problem with it, we should support their decision. Keep in mind that their diet isn’t healthy at all, and you should never try this yourself. They always have professionals helping them keeping BTS healthy and active.
