Having problems with your skincare, looking to solve them? Korean skincare is something you should consider. Korean Skincare lightens skin and enhances your features.
I’ve spent over $10,000 on Korean skincare products the last couple of years and here are my findings.
Testing Korean skincare products can be quite a hassle, but I’ve been able to narrow down Korean skincare products in a 10-step Korean skincare regimen that ACTUALLY works.
In short: Yes, Korean skincare does lighten the skin. However, Korean skincare is more than just simple skin lightening. Korean skincare products have been recently recognized as a major contender in the skincare industry.
How to Use Korean Skincare to Lighten the Skin?
Firstly you should only purchase skincare that actually works. There are millions of products that don’t even work.
Do you really want to waste your money…
Start by buying a cleanser and moisturizing Korean skincare product.
It’s recommended that you should start with Korean skincare products that are the mildest to prevent damage.
Products can be pricey, but it’s is often worth it.
Many Korean females have used Korean Skincare to lighten their skin and enhance features. You CAN DO TOO.
It doesn’t require a lot of time and energy. Just The Right Products
After you’ve bought a cleanser, look for a toner, and lastly a GOOD SPF.
Specifically GOOD SPF because most whitening products don’t work for everyone. Would you rather waste your money on something that doesn’t work or buy a premium product that ACTUALLY works!
Apply the products consistently for at least 3 to 4 weeks. You will definitely see some results within a couple of days. However, don’t expect to lighten your skin significantly because it takes time.
Fun fact: Did you know that the 10-step Korean Skincare is BS
No one in Korea uses a 10-step skincare regimen.
It’s actually an abbreviation for the 3-step skincare regimen
Cleanser, Toner, Sunscreen
You can adjust this depending on your skin type or preference. Some like to use a serum or maybe even some spot therapy product. The choice is yours. I find that heavier products are great for the winter because it’s just too much for my skin during the summer.
Keep in mind that it depends on your skin type and needs, but I’ve found Korean skincare products to be very effective.
Should You Use Korean Skincare to Lighten Your Skin
Yes, only if you really want to. I know some people have a hard time using it, but you don’t have to apply each product every single day. In fact, it’s recommended that you change your skincare products every 3-6 months except for sunscreen.
HOWEVER: NEVER CHANGE YOUR ROUTINE IF IT GIVES YOU PERFECT SKIN!
The reason for this is that your skin gets used to the same product over and over again and it doesn’t work as well.
Changing your skincare products every so often will help you to get the best results. In addition, this is more affordable because you can experiment with different brands and find one that works for you from a budget perspective.
What Are the Benefits?
Some benefits of lightening your skin are:
- You can reduce scars and even some birthmarks
- Your features become more prominent (i.e. eyes pop)
- Adds a mysterious look to your overall appearance
I have lightened my skin multiple times without causing any damage.
BUT KEEP IN MIND, only do this if your skin can handle it.
Korean skincare is NOT something you should use to hide imperfections – it’s meant to enhance what we already have. If you want to make your skin lighter, use a good sunscreen and whitening product.
In the end remember that this is YOUR choice and ultimately YOU know what works best for you.
Is It Healthy to Lighten the Skin?
No, it’s not healthy to lighten the skin. It’s not your natural skin color and it can damage your skin over time.
However, I want to make it clear that the skincare products I recommend are safe to use for most people.
Even after doing it multiple times myself, I don’t recommend it.
How Often Should You Lighten Your Skin with Skincare?
Skincare should be used to enhance your natural skin color.
If you want to use it to lighten your skin, you should do it at certain intervals so that your skin doesn’t get damaged.
I use my products every single day. The same products that I’ve been using for years.
100% NATURAL. 100% CRUELTY-FREE. 100% AFFORDABLE
Those are my 3 letters for great skincare.
Conclusion
At the end of the day, it’s really up to you. But in short, Yes Korean skincare does lighten the skin, but only if you have a healthy skincare routine.
In addition, keep in mind that it’s not healthy to lighten the skin. The best solution is sunscreen and whitening products as these are ACTUALLY SAFE for your skin.
NEVER USE PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE USED ON THE FACE.
