Returning is very easy if you follow the steps below. I’ve returned over 5 packages in the last couple of months, and it’s by far the easiest Korean skincare store to return to.
Other ones take up to 14 days before they reply.

How to Return Yesstyle
Step 1. Contact the Customer Service Department.
To start your return process, you need to contact their customer service department.

Make sure you have the following information by hand.
- Order number
- Product name you want to return
- The reason why you want to return the product
- Additional: Size exchanges can also be done
The form can be filled in here and should look like this.
Here you can fill in all the information they ask for. It’s very important to fill every field in with the correct information.

Once you’ve noted this order number, it’s time to submit the form.
Step 2. Wait up to 7 days for Yesstyle Customer Service to reply
Waiting for the reply can be quite a time intensive, but it’s definitely worth it.
Once they contacted you by mail. You will receive a return form. Fill this in and use Regular Air Mail or Registered Air Mail.
If you don’t use one of these, there will be no compensation for the shipping costs.
Note: Shipping costs will be refunded in Yesstyle Store Credit.
Make sure to go to a nearby post office to return the package. Always use a strong box for returning because it can happen that the package gets lost or Damaged.
Step 3. Return the Package to a Post Office
When returning the package, make sure all the information is good.
It may be refused if the information is incomplete. You don’t want to go back home and do it all over again.
The post office will ship the items the next day and it should be shipped to the Hong Kong warehouse.
Yesstyle ships from Hong Kong so therefore, this is the place you’re returning the package too.
Keep in mind that it may take some time before you see the track & trace update. Returning always comes with a track & trace code.
Don’t lose this, otherwise, it can be claimed that you never returned your package. Lost during return is something to avoid at all costs.
Unless you want to waste your time, money, and energy.
Step 4. Yesstyle Receives the Package
Yesstyle will receive your package within 14 days. In their warehouse they’ll note this and put it in the system. The system will automate this further to a customer support.
The customer support confirms the return and probably contacts the finance department.
Step 5. Return Confirmation
Once your return is confirmed. You’ll receive an email saying something like this “You’ve succesfully returned order 423434“
Then you can lay back and wait till the money arrives in your account.
Sometimes Yesstyle returns the money in Yesstyle credits (when exchanges are not available)
However, most of the time it’ll come back to the original payment.
Now your order is succesfully refunded and you can spend it again on other skincare products or whatever.
How To Cancel Your Order on Yesstyle
Canceling an order on Yesstyle is very very difficult. Because it can’t be done.
Orders can not be canceled once it’s been placed.
So make sure to think before you order. Make sure you NEED the product unless you want to waste your money.
The only way to cancel your Yesstyle order is to wait for it to arrive.
Then ask for a return by following the steps above.
And start returning the items, that’s your best chance of it getting “canceled”.
Are Yesstyle Returns Free?
Yes, Yesstyle returns are free. However, they give a deadline to speed up the process. So basically it is free but you have to return it within the timeframe they give.
It’s often 7 days. Make sure to use a strong package.
On their Return page they say: “YesStyle will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit.”
So don’t make this mistake and return a damaged box. The last thing you want to happen is to lose your money.
All in all returning to Yesstyle is a very simple and easy process. There are no thick walls you need to break through, and the customer service is excellent.
Yesstyle’s customer service is by far one of the best out all the Korean skincare stores.
They usually reply within 12 hours, which is extremely fast.
I’ve bought from many other Korean skincare stores in the past, and sometimes it took up to 14 days before I saw a reply.
So don’t waste your time on other skincare stores, this is the one you can safely trust.
