Just bought a Korean Italy towel and don’t know how to use it? I’ve been there before, and it’s actually very easy.

Using a Korean Italy towel will massively improve your skin overnight. Removing dead skin cells is done with ease and it works for both dry, sensitive, and oily skin.

I’ve been using a Korean Italy towel for about 3 years now and can definitely say that my skin has improved signifacntly. And so you can yours too.

In this article, I’ll explain how to use a Korean Italy towel, how often, and if they’re reusable.

Let’s get started.

How to Use a Korean Italy Towel

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to use a Korean Italy towel.

Step 1: Take a hot shower or hot bath

Firstly, take a hot shower or hot bath. This will open up clogged pores and wet your skin.

If you haven’t been doing this already, you’re probably exfoliating wrong. Taking a hot shower is essential before using a Korean Italy towel.

Unless you don’t want it to work. I’ve tried many different exfoliating towels in the past.

And you MUST take a hot shower to achieve smooth skin.

After taking a hot shower make sure your pores are all nicely opened up and you can start using the exfoliating towel.

Step 2: Start by making the Korean Italy towel wet

Start by wetting the Korean Italy towel and start exfoliating your skin. Slowly start scrubbing by making a circular motion around the skin.

Make sure to rub gently around your skin.

Don’t use too much force when exfoliating. This will create redness and maybe even cause irritation.

Note: if it doesn’t work, you probably need to turn the towel inside out.

Step 3: Start with the legs and slowly move up

Start with the legs and work your way up to the body.

Using a circular motion, slowly move up and exfoliate everywhere else.

After the first time I had keratosis pilaris, I noticed a huge difference. The red spots were almost gone and my skin was smoother than ever.

I’m not saying that this will work for everyone, but if you haven’t tried it yet, it’s definitely worth giving it a trry.

Korean exfoliating is literally the best and cheapest decision for getting smooth skin.

I’ve read many people have cured Keratosis pilaris with an Italy towel.

Dead skin will fall off like snow.

The more you use the better it will get, it might be a bit harsh but you’ll get used to it.

Step 4: Rinse off and take a shower

After you are done with rubbing the dead skin off, it’s time to take a shower.

Most people shower daily, but it’s not really necessary. Showering every other day will do the job too.

Using Korean Italy towels will make a huge difference when you add them to your skincare routine.

At first, I was also a bit skeptical and asked myself:

Will this really work? Am I wasting my time? I’ve tried many products that never worked.

But after actually using it for the first 3 months, I noticed a huge difference.

Step 5: Use body wash and shampoo

When you take a shower it’s recommended to use a body wash and shampoo to remove the dead skin. This will give your skin a nice clean feel.

Korean Italy towels are high-quality and reusable for about 3 months (sometimes more).

That can give you peace of mind, knowing you’re not spending hundreds of dollars on products.

Step 6: Apply moisturizer or coconut oil

The last step, when you come out of the shower, make sure to apply coconut oil immediately. This will moisturize the sensitive skin and won’t cause any redness.

Korean Italy towels tend to be quite harsh on the skin. Especially if you have sensitive skin already, by using coconut oil your skin will keep a protective layer.

The next day you wake up, you’ll definitely feel the soft and smooth skin from the Korean Italy towels.

It’s a life-changer for most people.

And that’s how you use Italy towel.

Can You Use an Italy Towel Everday?

No, don’t use an Italy towel every day. It will cause redness, harm, and damaged skin.

For people with sensitive skin, it’s recommended to use an Italy towel once a week. Using it more than once a week will make your skin very sensitive and red.

So, I recommend using it about once a week if you have sensitive skin.

For some people that can deal with harsh towels, it might be good to use them twice a week.

But never use it every single day. That’s the worst decision you can make when buying an Italy towel. I’ve seen people using a Italy towel every day.

Well, you can guess it…

Their skin got worse by the day. The redness, irritation got so bad they had to visit a dermatologist.

Are Italy Towels Reusable?

Yes, Italy towels last up to 3 months. Sometimes even longer, depending on how often you use it.

After you’ve used it, it’s you need to let it air dry.

Don’t use a blow-dryer or any other heating tool. Let the Italy towel air dry and the next day it’s ready to use again.

I’ve used a Italy towel for about 4 months and it’s still in perfectly new condition.

However, I do recommend changing them every 3 months. It’s very affordable and will cost you about $4 every month.

That’s a lot cheaper than using a random lotion for $30+ a month.

Even though an Italy towel makes take more work, it’ll most certainly give you better results. It’ll make harsh skin extremely smooth withina few weeks.

No other product will do that for you.

What Do Korean Spas Use to Exfoliate?

Koreans Spas use an Italy towel.

You can get those at the entrance of the store for less than $5.

This way, you’ll always have perfectly soft skin at the end of your spa session. Many Korean bathhouses are known to exfoliate there.

It’s very easy to do and once you’ve done it. There is a sauna where you can relax and sleep for a bit.

There are many Korean Spas in Korea, and it’s very common to go there for a nice long soak. People tend to sit there for about 4 hours.

It’ll cost about $5 to $15 for an entrance depending on where you live. There are also free Korean spas and those ones are one of the best you can visit.

Try visiting local bathhouses, it’ll be an experience you will never forget.

Conclusion

This is the step-by-step guide on how to use Italy towels for beginners.

If you haven’t been using them already, make sure to give them a go, chances are, it’ll be a life-changing feel.

That’s what it did for me. My skin is softer than ever and I’ve tested hundreds of different products that never worked.
