The first day will be the hardest, but it’s a great way to get started. We’ll start getting used to eating sweet potatoes if you haven’t tried them already. There are many different recipes for sweet potatoes, but we’re going to cook them in boiled water for breakfast.

Day 5: Track Calorie Intake

Track your calorie intake to see how much you’re eating each day. You don’t want to consume too much because if you do, this diet doesn’t work. Dieting works better for people that are tracking what they’re eating through the day.

This also helps you to stay grounded. Many Korean celebrities have tried this diet, as we said before. However, they often have professionals guiding them while you’re on your own so keep going. You’re almost there.

Day 6: Keep Going

It might have gotten boring eating sweet potatoes for 6-days in a row. Keep in mind that you’re one of the few people that have made it this far because the majority of the people give up in the first few days.

Day 7: The Final Day

Congratulations, you’ve reached the final day. Today we’re going to add a snack into the diet because you deserve it. As you can see, the diet wasn’t that hard, especially when you track all the calories for the day and avoid snacking.

Try standing on a scale and see how much weight you lost. We’d recommend you to keep going from here and don’t slack off because the weight can be gained very easily back when you aren’t focused.

Many studies have shown that sweet potatoes are great for weight loss and dieting. If you’re looking to lose weight quickly, this is the way to go. If you’re not starting it today, it will probably be pushed back to tomorrow, and this happens over and over again.
