Seolhyun is known as a Korean actress and Kpop star. She’s been a member of the group AOA which is extremely popular in Korea. Many people have asked what her diet was, but it turned out that that wasn’t her real diet. Find out what her real diet is here below!

Seolhyun Diet

In an episode of Knowing Bros, she said that many diets with her name on there were fake. The diet that was on many websites are still on there, and people are still following that diet to this day. The diet consists of sweet potatoes and some eggs.

As you can see, this isn’t a lot, and we don’t recommend you trying this out yourself. Seolhyun specifically said that she got her body by working out extremely hard. It’s not easy to achieve a body like her, especially when everyone’s looking up to her.

Seolhyun Diet Plan

Seolhyun Diet Plan

Seolhyun from AOA never revealed her real diet, but this one is pretty similar to hers, we think. Diets can change every week, so there’s no way to find out what she exactly eats every day. The diet consists of two meals a day, and it’s not a lot.

It’s not recommended to try this diet yourself unless you have professional help. Never try this diet yourself since it could lead to serious problems. The diet consists of a deep-fried sweet potato and a fried chicken breast.

As you can see, this isn’t a lot, so if you’re going to try this diet yourself, make sure to add some more food. You don’t wanna starve yourself, especially the first day you’re starting out. We’ve tried this diet ourselves, and we don’t recommend anyone trying this.

The diet isn’t healthy at all, but that’s how the Korean beauty standards are. It’s very different from the US, as you can see, but if that’s what they want to look like, it’s up to them.

Exercise

Exercise is extremely important, and that’s what Seolhyun from AOA said. It’s one of the most important keys to losing weight, if not the most. Lose weight isn’t as easy as everyone thinks it is; it can take many months before seeing actual results.

There are many diet plans that other kpop idols follow, but none of them are healthy. The calorie intake is too low for an average person to stay energized throughout the day. We always recommend getting at least the minimum calorie intake of a woman.

If you eat healthily and exercise often, you’ll get a body like Seolhyun. It might take some time, but once you’ve achieved it, it will all be worth it.

Seolhyun Exercise Routine

Exercise

It’s known that Seolhyun has a personal trainer, so we’ve created a similar routine that she follows. It might not be 100% accurate, but it comes close. If you follow this exercise routine, you’ll certainly lose weight. Make sure to exercise 2 to 3 times a week at a minimum. The more often you do it, the more you’ll start to like it.

  • 15 Leg Raises
  • 15 Reverse Crunch
  • 15 Scissors
  • 15 Elbow to Knee Crunch
  • 15 Cross Body Mountain
  • 1 minute Plank
  • 15 Squats

Now that you’re done with the first set repeat this for another 2, and you’re done. Make sure to follow these exercises precisely and make sure not to skip any. It might be a little hard in the beginning, but once you get used to it, it will start to get fun.

We recommend following this routine 2 to 3 times a week. Once you’ve adapted this routine into your daily schedule, you’ll start to lose weight very fast.

Our Experience Following The Seolhyun Diet

Why Are Kpop Idols So Skinny

We’ve followed her diet for about 7 days, and we didn’t follow the diet any longer because it just wasn’t healthy. If you’re considering follow this diet yourself, make sure to add more calories because the first day will be extremely hard.

Here below is our day to day routine, but it was too exhausting. We didn’t have any energy left at the end of the day and drank coffee every couple of hours to stay active. As you can see, the diet is extremely hard, and it’s not recommended to try this yourself.

DaysLBS / KG
1150 lbs / 68 kg
2147 lbs / 66 kg
3145 lbs / 65 kg
4142 lbs / 64 kg
5135 lbs / 61 kg
6133 lbs / 60 kg
7132 lbs / 59 kg

Conclusion

Now that you’ve come to the end of this article, I hope you’ve found the information you were looking for. As you might know how this diet isn’t healthy at all and you shouldn’t try this yourself. The calorie intake is too low for anyone to stay energized throughout the day.

There are many other diets that aren’t great but a little bit better. For example, the ITZY diet is one of the better Kpop diets out there right now. The calorie intake is decent, but we do recommend to add some other nutritions to the diet.

Keep in mind that exercising is one of the most important things in losing weight. It doesn’t happen overnight, and it might be hard in the beginning. However, once you get used to it, it will all be worth it. Make sure to follow the exercise routine for at least 14 days.

Once you’ve finished the 14 days of exercising, you can give up if it doesn’t work for you. What we recommend is to create an exercise routine that fits your schedule.
